his corner of the garden was originally a grass slope, almost impossible to manage.

Our brief was to design a scheme that allows the client to enjoy this sunny

corner and to make the most of the views over the surrounding countryside.

Oak sleepers have been used for the retaining walls and steps, the treads of the steps

are self- binding gravel, a natural product that provides a non-slip surface. We have

also extended the steel estate fencing and provided beautifully curved hand rails.

A small area of paving at the top, provides the perfect spot to look at the planting and the view.
